By moving your categories around customers are forced to explore new parts of your store instead of blindly walking to the haircare aisle for their favourite shampoo every time.
4. See the store through customer’s eyes.
When you work in a store all day every day it is easy to overlook pockets of untidiness. However, to the customer, these pockets are often the first and/or last impression of your store.
5. On with the show.
Your staff are the most effective resource for setting the tone in your store. A five minute meeting each morning as a team can go a long way to achieving a consistent customer service message across the store for the whole day.
