The TMS profile is a simple and effective psychometric assessment tool used by Organisational Psychologists and Human Resource specialists around the world.
The profiles enable employers to identify any key skill gaps that may be present in their business as well as determining whether the right people are operating in the right roles.
Once a staff member has completed the online questionnaire, a detailed report is produced defining primary and secondary work preferences. This is then matched against their current role to determine whether there is a good correlation or whether that individual may be better suited in another role within the business.
