Pharmacy Catalyst Retail & Buying Group recently held their annual Pharmacy Catalyst Conference in beautiful Hobart, Tasmania. The conference was a great success with over 100 attendees, suppliers and guest speakers, including former Tasmanian Premier David Bartlett and musician/curator Brian Ritchie from the Violent Femmes, who entertained guests during an evening at the eclectic MONA Museum. Topics covered during the 3 days focused on the need for exceptional pharmacy implementation and the need for customer centricity to compete as a community pharmacy.
“It was a fantastic opportunity for independent Pharmacies to come together and share ideas and initiatives they have implemented to collectively grow in the coming year”, said General Manager Andrew Pattinson. “Our focus as a group is to provide the services that Pharmacies can access to position themselves as the health solution provider at the core of their community and engage both their staff and customers”.
