instigo’s Loyalty Programs Get Global Recognition

Loyalty programs built by instigo and our IT partners (Tranxactor & S4) have been announced as finalists in two categories for the international Loyalty Magazine Awards 2019. instigo’s loyalty program, LifeClub Rewards Program is a finalist in the “The Best Use of Technology” category in recognition of enabling independent pharmacies to compete with large pharmacy chains in retail services. The HBF/Friendlies Rewards Program is a finalist in for the category “Best Loyalty Industry Innovation” for its unique program that allows both pharmacy loyalty members and health fund members to shop in the pharmacy, be rewarded equally, whilst maintaining various levels of privacy. The Loyalty Magazine Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and best practice in the loyalty industry around the world.

instigo’s GM Andrew Pattinson quotes “Our loyalty programs capture transactional and behavioural data that delivers valuable insights and can lead to increased average transaction value and frequency to increase the return to the business.
