These are designed to help position your pharmacy as a local healthcare destination - whereby customers are not only able to purchase products, are also educated and informed about preventative measures and related health issues. These modules are designed to help link your dispensary to the front of shop, aid in customer retention and encourage companion selling.
Health Solutions
Each month we create a different Health Solution that is aligned with the National Health Calendar and is themed around key health conditions and disease states such as diabetes, arthritis with complementary product suggestions and women's health.
Each Health Solution includes these support resources: handy Staff Training Notes, Customer Tip Flyers, Posters, Ticketing, Lanyard inserts.

Dispensary Link
The Dispensary Link Program is an integrated health program which links your dispensary to the natural health products in your front of shop. With the growing interest in natural health products in Australia, it provides an untapped opportunity to increase your natural therapy sales.
The program is centred on a Pharmacist Recommends premise, and creates a systematic process for Dispensary staff to companion sell products depending on the type of prescription they are on.
The Dispensary Link program focuses on five natural health therapies: Probiotics, Coenzyme Q10, Calcium, Glucosamine, Fish Oil and Magnesium.
Support Resources include Staff Training Presentations, Dispensary Basket Inserts, Basket Insert holder, Dispensary sales tracker & front of shop ticketing.

EasyScript is a prescription filing service to drive script retention and sales. We want to help customers manage their prescriptions and in turn help them manage their health better. If we do this, customers will keep coming back for their health needs. In managing the patient's prescriptions, the patient will also use the pharmacy's other health services and products. This assists in the profitability of the pharmacy.
